There are a number of methods for preventing corrosion. The relatively mature technique is by applying powder coating to the fence surface, which is also known as the fluidized bed method. The actual process is to carry the powder to the bottom of a porous, air-permeable container (also known as fluidized bed). Beneath the bed, there is a blower that sends pressurized air to fluidize the powder and make it evenly distributed over the bed. Then preheat the wire mesh to the temperature that exceeds the melting point of the power. After that, dip the wire mesh into the bed and wait for the power on the bed to stick and melt to the hot wire surface.
